You’ll have a live dashboard for real-time task updates and detailed reports, provided by time trackers, giving you full visibility of both progress and hours spent.

Is my information safe with you?

Yes. Having worked as a database manager, I treat every piece of information as highly sensitive. Strict data protection protocols are in place to ensure confidentiality and security at all times.

What happens if I use fewer or more hours than planned?

Unused hours do not roll over; however, you can easily top up with additional hours or switch to a monthly plan if your business requires more support.

What billing options do you offer, and can I cancel?

You can choose between an hourly pay-as-you-go plan billed every 15 days or a monthly subscription billed every 30 days, and you’re free to cancel anytime without penalties.
